Privacy Policy

The short version

We ask for a name, a phone number and a delivery address, because a courier cannot deliver a parcel without them. We use those details to complete your order and for nothing else. We never ask for card or bank details on this website, because every order is paid in cash on delivery.

What we collect

• Order form: first name, last name, telephone number, town or city, delivery address and the product you chose.
• Contact form: your name, email address and your message.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded in the hosting logs for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookie choice: the option you picked in the banner and when you picked it, stored in your own browser.

Why we use it

• To take and deliver your order, including the confirmation call and passing the address to the courier. Legal basis: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.
• To answer your message. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
• To keep the records the law requires. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
• To measure advertising and site usage. Legal basis: your consent, given in the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.

Who else sees it

Only the parties that need it to get the parcel to you: the courier handling the delivery and collecting the payment, and the hosting and email providers that process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Order details are kept for as long as the order and any return window require, and then for the period the applicable accounting rules impose. Messages that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months. Hosting logs rotate within 12 months. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time, without affecting what happened before.

Write to info@shopzonehome.com and we will reply within one month. If you live in the European Union and you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country of residence.

Cookies

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. This version is effective from 3 September 2026.
